    What Is It About?

    Improve your fitness, hit your weekly target and you’ll get to earn Vitality coins to redeem rewards at the Marketplace. You are set a personalised weekly target based on your past performances and activity level. Your target will be adjusted based on your goal completion over previous weeks to gradually encourage you to the next level, keep you motivated at the current level or ease to a lower level catered to your fitness ability.

    How Does It Work?

    1. Take the ‘How Healthy Are You?’ assessment. You need to do this to get spins on the Vitality wheel when you complete the Weekly Fitness Challenge.

    2. Link your fitness device or app to My AIA SG app.

    3. Start working out. Track your heart rate, speed or steps to earn points.

    4. Hit your weekly target to get a spin on the Vitality wheel and earn Vitality coins.

    5. Use your Vitality coins to redeem rewards at the Marketplace.

    • The spin will expire two (2) weeks from the date you received it.


    • If the spin is not utilised by its expiry date, it will be forfeited and it will not be reissued.


    • The spin is not exchangeable for cash or transferrable to another AIA Vitality member.


    • Sync your fitness data by Sunday of the week to get spins on the Vitality wheel.


    • You can earn up to 100 AIA Vitality points a day through exercise:

    o 50 AIA Vitality points by hitting 10,000 steps and beyond.

    o Up to 100 AIA Vitality points by tracking your workouts with a supported fitness device or app.

    o 100 AIA Vitality points by working out at our partner gyms.
