Phishing is a way of attempting to get personal information such as your online account login credentials, credit card details, PIN or One Time Passwords (OTP). AIA will never send you e-mails asking for your personal information, please exercise caution when you receive such suspicious emails.

Do not respond to emails asking for your personal information. Phishers like to use scare tactics and may threaten to disable an account or delay services until you update certain information.
Be suspicious of unexpected emails and messages.
Be suspicious of emails and messages from unknown senders.
Be suspicious of any links provided in the email.
If in doubt, verify with the sender to ensure the email or message is legitimate.
Always type the URL of AIA directly into the address bar of the browser.
